The apartment offers a spacious combination of living room and kitchen, with a French window that allows access to the back with swimming pool.
The covered kitchen is well lit thanks to this window and the open-air synthetic garden is an ideal place to relax.

It should be underlined that the house was designed for people with disabilities, which is why an elevator was installed that connects the lower floor with the ground floor.

A shuttle passes in front of La Casa di Teo which takes you to the center of Bergamo (n. 10) and arrives at Longolo, to then arrive at Città Alta).

Otherwise in 24 minutes on foot you can reach the center directly.

To get to Città Alta, it takes about 40 minutes on foot or 30 by public transport.

The farmhouse is located on the first floor. Check-in can be easily carried out independently using the locker with access code, which will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. With this code it will be possible to open the gate, the garage and the entrance door.
